4. Delivery & Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We deliver nationwide from Karachi via trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your location and stock availability.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events beyond our control.

5. Return & Refund Policy (14-Day Returns)

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it’s unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Non-returnable items: Custom-made, personalized, or sale items.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
