Inspection Upon Arrival at Metify Homes Warehouse: Once the product arrives at the Metify Homes warehouse, our team will inspect the item for any signs of damage or use that may have occurred during transit or handling.

No Claims on Damaged or Used Items Post-Delivery: If an item is found to have damage or signs of use after delivery or if the customer attempts to reverse the order, no claims will be entertained. Customers are encouraged to inspect the item upon arrival and report any issues immediately.
